The Verizon Gizmo kids smart watch can be found in the US and Vodafone Neo in Europe. These are fun and engaging smart watches for kids and were designed to keep young kids connected with their parents and families. They feature cute animations that act as call or message notifications and reminders of tasks like brushing their teeth or time to do homework.
I had the pleasure of spearheading the creative and art direction for these interactive animations, ensuring that the characters look and performance met the standards of the Disney brands and received approvals. In total there were 22 unique characters and nearly 800 animations. The brands represented were Walt Disney Animations Studios, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel.
Above is a small sample of more than 800 animations that were created for this fun project. Prior collaborators had also contributed to this project, but had left the team prior to me joining it.
