Disney joined the NFT (Digital Collectible) space in winter of 2021, and immediately these collectibles were selling out in mere seconds to Disney fans and collectors with great acclaim. The creative director at our licensee partner complimented our teams commitment to providing quality collectibles for their platform.
As Lead Animator, I spearheaded the creative and animation direction for the 3D collectibles by choosing the characters, poses, writing the animation direction, and art directing the production. My 3D team and I ensured that all 250 plus collectibles met the look and animation performance standards for Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Star Wars, Alien, and Avatar. In addition I guided the production pipeline and also reviewed marketing materials to ensure visual quality met the standards of the Disney brands.
